Nina oversees our volunteer ministry teams, fosters connections with local outreach partners, and coordinates special events hosted by Renovation Church throughout the year. She is a graduate of Augustana University - Sioux Falls, SD, and has attended Renovation Church since 2010. Nina enjoys cooking, playing board games, and spending time with her husband, Tim, and their two children.

Matt oversees Renovation Youth (6th - 12th grade). He grew up in Minnesota but spent six years in Texas where he completed his undergraduate degree at Texas Christian University. He is currently enrolled in the ThM program at Dallas Theological Seminary. He is married to his wife, Marnie; and enjoys playing basketball, pickle-ball, and skiing whenever he gets the chance.

Heidi leads worship at Renovation Youth on Wednesday nights. She grew up in North Dakota and graduated from Concordia College (Moorhead) with degrees in Music & Spanish Education. She lives in Blaine with her husband, Jake, and their two boys, Oliver & Parker. Heidi loves to travel, learn languages, play board games with friends, and make music whenever she can.

Brandis grew up in Blaine, Minnesota and graduated from the University of Phoenix with a degree in Healthcare Management. She currently lives in Blaine with her teenage son Charlie, who she homeschools. Brandis works full time as a Regulatory Background Investigations Manager. She loves reading, learning, and traveling. Brandis volunteers with Renovation's toddlers on Sunday mornings, and is excited to spend her time supporting our amazing House Groups by helping to care for the kids of Renovation Church.

Dave gives Biblical counsel to individuals or couples in our church that are struggling, in crisis, or just in need of a marriage tune-up. For 40 years, Dave served as a pastor in 3 different rural communities. He has training from both Bethel Seminary (MDIV) and Sioux Falls Seminary (MAMFT). Dave has been married to his wife, Debbie, for 50 years with 4 adult kids and 9 grandkids!

John oversees Renovation U at Renovation Church. He completed his undergraduate degree at Wheaton College, and has been teaching at Renovation Church since 2012. He is married to his wife Ashley and has one daughter named Molly. John enjoys playing guitar, reading, and running.

Alexa oversees the social media & marketing at Renovation Church. She graduated from North Central University with a B.A. in Church Leadership. She has worked in marketing and various forms of church media for the last 5 years.

She loves spending time with her husband, Sam, and their son, Sterling. She also loves music, travel, podcasts, and learning.

Kiah graduated from the University of Northwestern, St. Paul with a degree in Graphic Design, and studied Art and Design through the NYCAMS program in New York City, where she interned at Ralph Lauren. She enjoys life with her husband Ben, sons Winston and Lewis and their spunky Shih Tzu named Savannah. In her spare time she enjoys a good cup of coffee and doing home renovation projects.

Collin oversees our A/V teams at church. He graduated from Western Governor's University with a degree in Mathematics. He started playing on the worship team in high school, and has continued playing with his band Seventh Hour at camps and conferences. He is married to his wife Stephanie, and he enjoys all things Minnesota sports and music.

Stephanie grew up in Blaine, MN and graduated from the University of Wisconsin - River Falls with a degree in Animal Science. One of her favorite places to visit is Camp Shamineau, which she attended as a child and worked at as a high schooler. She is married to Collin Schultz and they have two girls. In her free time she enjoys baking, listening to podcasts, and time with her family.

Mike is a Wisconsin native who graduated from Mankato State University with a BS degree in accounting. He began is career in public accounting and retired in 2020 after spending the previous 24 years as CFO of an electrical contractor in the Twin Cities. He lives in Blaine with Joneen, his wife of 27 years. They have two adult daughters. He enjoys watching sports, playing golf, and spending time at the cabin with their two dogs, Liberty and Archie.

Jordan keeps track of all of our incoming giving and is the person to contact if you have a question about your financial donations. She graduated from Iowa State University with a BS in Sociology and Criminal Justice. Jordan has been married to her husband Christopher since 2006, and they have two children - Lauren and Blake. She enjoys camping/hiking with her family and reading.

Harry graduated from Central Lakes College in Brainerd, MN before completing several years of biblical studies at Oak Hills Christian College in Bemidji, MN. He has been volunteering in various church ministries for the past 25 years. Harry enjoys everything about the outdoors including hunting, fishing, and camping. He is married to his wife Jen and they have two adopted boys.
